Takeo Kamitoku
Tottori, Japan
Second generation owner chef of Tottori original restaurant. He has been preserving the original taste of the previous generation for more than 60 years. He skillfully adjusts the flavors to perfection, aligning them with the day’s temperature and humidity. With a multitude of local fans, he often establishes as a true pioneer in the art of beef bone ramen.

Ginza, Japan
The third generation owner chef. Current President of KAMITOKU (Ginza Store Owner) Ginza store opens to Expand Beef Bone Ramen nationwide. Currently considering opening stores in throughout Asia. Shinichi opened the Ginza store in July 2010. At that time, while there were many Tonkotsu ramen shops in Tokyo, he succeeded in serving a unique Gyukotsu (Beef Bone) ramen in Tokyo. He has been participated in the big ramen event “Tokyo Ramen Show” for 3 years, became a pioneer of beef bone ramen.

Honolulu, Hawaii
Spent 15 years excelling in the artist management division of Japan’s largest record label, Avex. However, he left the corporate with a single-minded mission to promote his family’s beef bone ramen worldwide.Since opening a food truck in Waikiki, Hawaii in 2014, he has expanded to operate two establishments, KAMITOKU RAMEN WARD and KAMITOKU JAPANESE HOTPOT. Armed with his natural enthusiasm and friendliness, Junichi is on a mission to spread the family-friendly Kamitoku style throughout Hawaii.

Our “Char-siu” is made from beef. Served in “Aburi (grilled)” style,
it has been slowly simmered in special soy sauce.
